Shipping Policy

Bella Rose Collection uses the United States Postal Service and FedEx for shipping. All arrangements are shipped “standard”, and your order will arrive, using one of our carriers, in 1- 3 days. Certain packages going to domestic destinations may take 1 -5 business days. All packages are insured.

All orders placed before 7 pm EST / 4 pm PST after cut off time arrangement will be shipped the next business day. Express and overnight shipping delivery cannot be accommodated with standard shipping. When placing an order, you will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Our carriers (United Postal Service / FedEx) have notified us of potential delays due to CDC guidelines and safety precautions to keep our clients safe. We are experiencing slight delays in shipping to cities under quarantine, however, we are doing our best to avoid delays.

Bella Rose Collection will not ship to P. O. Boxes

Bella Rose Collection doesn’t guarantee delivery for our arrangements and different products.

No Refund Policy

Here at Bella Rose Collection, we pride ourselves on delivering the best quality products for our clients – every single time. We adhere to a “no return” policy, given that all of our preserved rose products are personally customized. Bella Rose Collection cannot cancel or modify your order. No refund or store credit will be issued.

If you have any issues with the preserved rose products you receive, please reach out to our trustworthy customer service representatives; they will ensure that your problem is quickly resolved.

Payment

Bella Rose Collection will collect payment at the time of order. You must make your payment in full by credit, debit card, or PayPal secure check out in advance when you submit an order through our website. Please be mindful of taxes and other fees; carefully check your order before submitting your payment.
